“What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?”
I am a believer in higher education and that one should never stop learning. I myself went back to school and finished my degree while working full time and raising my son. What excites me most about my job is witnessing and helping hard working individuals achieve their educational goals. I thrive on encouraging and reiterating that prospective students can obtain their degree as soon as they commit to the process.

“What do you feel makes your program unique?”
It’s important to me that FHCHS is an actual regionally accredited college, also that our distance learning students can visit, and ultimately participate in an actual commencement ceremony. I also think that FHCHS is unique in that it has a superb support system in place to assist online students through to graduation. FHCHS sets students up for success from initial contact.

“What advice would you give a new student?”
My advice to new students is to utilize the support system that has been put in place for you. No student is ever alone in this process, and if challenges arise, reach out to the Distance Enrollment Specialists, Distance Student Managers, and technical support that are always just a phone call or email away. Take this educational journey day by day, picture yourself walking on the day of graduation; before you know it, it will be your reality!
