Stanley Dobias
Dr. Stan Dobias joined Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences in 2005 as the College chaplain. However, he is not a stranger to the campus; he has been an adjunct instructor since 1999 and is now coordinator for humanities in the Health and Bio-Medical Sciences department. Dr. Dobias received his doctorate degree from Andrews University. He has contributed several articles to Christian publications including the Adventist Review, Cornerstone Youth Resource, and For the Cause. Some of his goals for students at FHCHS are to help them develop morally and ethically. He would like students to view service to their community as a way of life and be caring and compassionate healthcare providers. Outside of the working environment, he enjoys scuba diving, NASCAR, racquetball, golf, computers, outdoor recreation, and youth ministry.
