About Florida Hospital College
At Florida Hospital College healthcare is more than a career
Florida Hospital began almost 100 years ago to train nurses so that healthcare could be made available to all. In 1992, Florida Hospital College opened to continue and expand that effort. Today the college specializes in allied health and nursing education based on this overarching belief: healthcare is more than a career, it’s a ministry.
The college, located near downtown Orlando, is built on a solid foundation of educational experience, deeply rooted traditions, and a strong commitment to quality and excellence. Our vision is that each student will experience nurture, excellence, spirituality, and stewardship while learning the skills to provide the best possible patient care.
Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences is part of Florida Hospital, a member of the Adventist Health System. With over 2,000 beds in Central Florida, Florida Hospital is the largest of more than 350 Adventist healthcare facilities around the world.
